Data Processing The accommodation providers of Erdődi Estate handle guests’ personal data confidentially and do not use it for marketing purposes without the explicit consent of the guests. The Operators may share guests’ data with third parties only where necessary for the technical processing of reservations and payments, or with organizations required by law. Online card payments are processed through the OTP Group – SimplePay system.

Advance Payment and Cancellation At the time of booking, 50% of the total accommodation cost (based on the selected units and nights) must be paid in advance. Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival, the full amount will be refunded / not charged.
In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
We kindly ask our guests to notify us of any cancellation as soon as possible so that we can manage the booking accordingly.

HOUSE RULES

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing the guesthouses operated by Erdődi Pince, Erdődi Dióliget, and Erdődi Liget for your stay. First and foremost, please note that in the surroundings of the accommodation, including the mountain roads leading to the property, a speed limit of 20 km/h applies to all vehicles. This is for the safety of hikers, especially children at play, as well as domestic and wild animals living in the area. Please contact our staff member responsible for operations as soon as possible—either before or after booking—in order to complete guest registration. At this time, the local tourist tax (IFA) will also be collected, which is HUF 750 per person per night. Our goal is to ensure that you can enjoy your stay without disturbance. Please note that the property is located in the Balaton Uplands National Park, within a protected landscape area and an active vineyard environment. 

On weekdays during daytime, vineyard-related activities may take place, typically:
in the morning between 7:00 and 11:00, and in the afternoon between 17:00 and 19:00, depending on weather conditions, especially during summer.
We kindly ask for your understanding. In special cases, it is possible to coordinate these activities with the operator. To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, please avoid using communication or media devices in a way that causes excessive noise that may disturb others. This request is especially important between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. If you have any questions, requests, or issues related to your stay—including Wi-Fi, communication devices, or electrical systems—please contact the operator, who will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Cleaning of the accommodation is carried out before arrival and after departure. If you require more frequent cleaning, please inform our staff. For stays longer than one week, interim cleaning will be arranged at a mutually agreed time. Guests may also use the sauna, jacuzzi, and fitness equipment, subject to prior arrangement with the operator. A game room is available, equipped with a billiard table, foosball table, and darts. A table tennis setup is also available upon request—please contact the operator for access. A room safe is available; instructions for use are displayed on the front panel. If you encounter any issues, our staff will be happy to assist. Upon departure, please do not lock the safe, so that it can be easily used by the next guest. Please place the key in the key safe upon departure. Do not change the code of the key safe, as this may render it unusable and require replacement. For practical reasons, we recommend coordinating your departure with the operator. We hope you enjoy your stay in the beautiful surroundings of Badacsony. We kindly ask our guests to use all furnishings, equipment, and the entire estate properly and as intended. In the event of intentional or negligent damage to the accommodation, its furnishings, or the estate, the guest is fully liable for compensation. The extent of the damage will be determined based on the actual cost of repair or replacement. If any damage occurs during your stay, please report it immediately to the operator so that necessary measures can be taken. Although the area is particularly peaceful and safe, we kindly ask guests to always lock doors and windows when leaving the property and to take proper care of their valuables. The accommodation provider does not accept liability for personal belongings brought onto the premises—particularly in cases of loss, disappearance, or damage—except where the damage is proven to result from intentional or grossly negligent conduct by the provider.
